Forest Bathing Buddy is your digital forest bathing guide that allows you to connect with nature by yourself or with a group of friends, everywhere you want.

Forest bathing (or Shinrin-yoku) is the Japanese mindfulness practice of connecting with nature through your senses. You notice what you can see, hear, smell, taste, or touch. This helps you to release stress, slow down, get out of your head, and become more connected with your body.

Forest bathing is good for your mental health and for your body. It lowers your heart rate, lowers your blood pressure, and boosts your immune system.
