Smart Vision Glasses was developed for the visually impaired with uncorrectable visual impairments. The user can connect Smart Vision device to the android mobile through USB cable. It uses serial communication to send and receive data to the Smart Vision device. The application can detect objects, detect text (all Indian languages), recognize faces and detect faces. The device can also detect obstacles in user's path and announces to the user the type of obstacle. The output is voice based making the application visually impaired friendly. The user can also receive and place calls It works with or without internet.

The software version SVG 3.0.0 is designed to work with SVG Hardware 3 with a faster image processor. It is fully backward compatible with SVG 2 hardware.
New Features:
1. Quick and easy registration. Registration can be done through voice commands or through keyboard.
2. The device boot time is less than 2 second and quickly connects to the application.
3. Currency detection feature is introduced. Automatically detects currency and rells the denomination. in “things around you” mode
4. Reading is better. Now it can read Arial type font size 7 at a distance of 10 inches.
5. Walking assistance performance has been improved.
Compatibility:
This version of application supports android version 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13+
This application is not supported on mobiles with the MediaTek Helio chipset.
