I love Gem! It's great how it consolidates results from all the various resale sites into one place. It's saved me time not having to check each one individually. I also like how you can save searches and customize how you receive notifications. I've found that the push notifications work rather well. There's one I have set up for a hard to find item and I received the notification almost as soon as the item was posted.

I LOVE the idea. BUT, it's completely ruined by not being able to filter much of anything. For example, you cannot filter specific websites out of your search. This leads to Grailed posts flooding almost every search and making you have to click on each one and go to the website before you see that the "$10" item is actually $10 + $55 for shipping. This leads me to my next suggestion, please for the love of gosh, let me see the potential shipping cost! Don't make me leave the app, show it!

keeps saying I'm not able to load photos. updated the app, and it still says not connected. There's no way to contact customer support either. So here I am Edit:Customer service was quick on fixing a bug
