I've been forced to use this app for 6 years through the kids' school. It would be fantastic if it actually worked. It's slow as hell, not user friendly in the least and literally has glitches and bugs every week. I was just sent a message from my son's teacher. I got the notification and clicked on it, and have been trying to get it to load for over 30 minutes. It buffers, says there's no available data, says it's refreshing, etc. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, or even 10th time. SO frustrating.

It's fine most of the time, but it is frustrating that you have to scroll down multiple times because the app refreshes while you're already scrolling. Sometimes I can't seem to reply to user even when they had sent a group message - it sent the message to the staff instead. I like that I can easily message teachers and admin if needed, and I enjoy seeing pictures from the teachers.

As a teacher, this app worked wonderfully for me and my team last school year. However, this year, for whatever reason, is completely different! We don't receive push notifications for ANYTHING, but I get email notifications for everything and the invitation to join (even though I've already joined--I mean, I created the class!). It's very frustrating both for me as a teacher and for my students' families. I think we will have to switch to ClassDojo or something.
