The Ballet Workout App is the leading ballet dance app for everyone who want to learn ballet, get fit, improve their posture and become more flexible. Used by over 100.000 ballet lovers all over the world from total beginners to advanced levels from 16-70 years old. More than 350 exercises are guided by a professional ballerina's encouragements and a pianist playing music to help you exercise correctly and in the right tempo. Each session will leave you feeling graceful and satisfied. Experience or equipment is not required.

As much as I would've loved to try out this app and see what it could do for my stretch routine, I couldn't get past the routine quiz you get after signing up. I don't know if I just couldn't see the next button or if the app has too big of a layout for my screen, but I just couldn't get to the next question. Please fix this, this app seems awesome and I would love to try it out!

I really thoroughly enjoy this app. The design is very pleasing and intuitive.The only improvement I would make is to adapt the stretching sessions in the begginers section. Indeed, as a beginner myself, I feel like the time for each stretch is too short, I'm unable to stretch well and constantly pause the app 😭. Moreover, I feel like putting splits and grand écarts in the begginers section isn't ideal as some could feel discouraged, maybe show variants ? Otherwise it's a great app! I recommend

Hello, thank you for your useful feedback. We have added full body stretching for beginners into our stretching category! The reason why we have the splits and grand écart in our exercises for beginners is because this will help with turnout in all positions. More info can be found in tips category ❣️🩰 . I love the app. It shows and explains how the exercises are done and their terms as well. I would give it a five star if it was free on other additional exercises, but overall, it is helpful ✨
