Very buggy app. Most of the features are useless and don't work. If you want to decrease or increase load, then only one chance is given, if any mistakes made, it won't be entertained. No communication from the company's end. No wonder our Bihar is lagging behind in everything. I mean this is a basic need. They can't even provide these basic apps with any dependability. Better to visit the electricity board office in person to get things actually done. Writing this after using the app for 3 yrs.

I have noticed that the balance checking process needs improvement. Whenever I enter the CA number, the usage details are missing. Moreover, I have been facing issues with the customer care service. Despite trying to reach them multiple times via the number 1912, the call doesn't seem to go through. I would like to know if there are any other channels for me to file a complaint?

Unable to view balance under smart meter services when clicked on Get consumer details. It started again after update.
