With the ePost app, you can deal with your post digitally – receive letters on your smartphone, pay bills as soon as you receive them, sign and return contracts straight away, file and retrieve documents intelligently. ePost is a Swiss software solution developed by KLARA Business AG, Swiss Post’s digitalisation specialist.

Ratings and reviews

Deleting a document in a "company folder" also deletes it in the private folder: not intuitive, and dangerous. When deleting, the UI is not refreshed and shows the wrong number of documents in the folder(s). It seems that one can not move documents across folders? At least with the two welcome documents this is not possible. After several updates: still horrible user interface. The generated PDFs have bogus text recognition: ref numbers of invoices are incorrect, thus useless.

PIN letters are forwarded without the PIN. Bills can only be paid with a Credit Suisse bank account. The monthly fee is only send to epost, the bill code cannot be copied to be paid in another bank account. It is impossible to pay the subscription! The app will finish your session and require a new login almost everyday. And it will ask again if you want use fingerprint sensor. Finally, the app has not an standard way to report bugs. And emails take long time to be replied.

Love the idea, but barely received any scans. At some point I started to receive my neighbors mail, which support didn't seem too bothered by (they suggested I contact my mail man).

What's new

- From now on, Scanning Service users can only order one original per month free of charge. Unused order contingent can be used up until the end of the year.
- The arrangement of the folders in the filing system itself can now be sorted individually.
