About this app

We have overhauled our app to improve look, feel and functionality for our drivers. As you have seen, we have also separated into two apps. Dial*In is intended to provide tools more focused on loads and gives you access to some Qualcomm features while you are away from the truck. In*Gauge is intended to enhance and speed up your tasks and communication with tools you can use anytime of day.

Dial*In features include:
- Next Load
- PTA Status
- Lumper Request

We will continue to improve the current features and introduce more functionality.
We need your feedback to help us know what new features and fixes you need the most, so leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.

two stars because I don't get notifications from the app at all. one of the main reasons for having this app on your phone is so you know when you get a load even if you're not in your truck. otherwise it used to be a 4 star app because a lot of things are way easier than using the Qualcomm. just a shame it's useless for knowing when you get loads. i can only hope they're ignoring this issue because they're going to release a new and improved version of the app. there is room for improvement.

Works when it wants to. Been fighting the app for about an hour trying to see what my next load is. This app use to be good at one point but it now crashes in an area where there is 5G, but works fine in areas where there is no 5G. Trying to update my phone to see if that fixes the problem but so far, it is not looking good. It also freezes when you try to turn everything on like PTA status, next load, etc. Never did that until recently.

What's the point of having an app that is supposed to notify you of loads if it doesn't just that. The messages section of the app is useless. It doesn't do update at all and half the time the messages you send on the app aren't recieved by dispatch and when it is, they can't reply to it. Horrible app that constantly crashes and when it does, time to keep having to reinstall the app. It constantly says login in progress so you have to keep hitting login until it stops saying that.
