It is convenient that I can control our system with the app. However, it is not always accurate. My cooling temp is set to 70, the current temp is 72. The air is not running, and it is supposedly following the schedule (cool to 70). These things cannot all be true at the same time. My actual thermostat says the current temp is 70. 🤷‍♀️

This app used to work fine at one time and now like I have read from others, the new update stopped both my thermostats from being able to connect to this app. I have never understood why people like to continuously update an app and ruin it for everyone when everything is working fine. Has anyone ever heard of the saying "Don't fix it if it ain't broke!" ???

UPDATE: After going back in my attic to reset the econet device, I've turned off automatic updates for this app on my phone, and has resolved my issues so far. I will monitor the play store for future apps manually. April 2026 update caused my econet to disconnect from my heat pump.. ugh. After years of battling this app, it was actually working with the previous version. It's almost like they should have a separate app for the water heater and heat pump, idk. Lowered to two stars.
