dreadful. tells me I live in the wrong city. tells me the temperature outside is 24 degrees cooler than it is. doesn't actually let me adjust my thermostat on the app. I can set the schedule and it resets to some bizarre high temperatures minutes later. absolutely pointless, infuriating app. I feel helpless.

this app is literally garbage, you cannot change any settings with this app, android phone at least, will not let me switch modes from anything in the app, cannot set temp either, have followed all support recommendations and it still does not work, they need to enter this into debug and find out why it is failing. outdated certs on the device? firmware issues?

It takes a long time to refresh and the controller loses Wi-Fi connection infrequently even though it's 12 feet from the access point. Some settings aren't available in the app that require going to the controller to change. There's no setting to specify to use gas instead of electric on the dual fuel unit. Remote sensors are wired only. I wish I could use a third party app for my system instead, but variable speeds are only supported with this app.
