Ratings and reviews

Pretty good as it is. Especially for the low price. But one thing missing that would make it a 5 for me would be the inclusion of a visual indication for the limit to the range of motion for the joints. Something like turning the arrows yellow if you move a joint past average ROM and into contortionist territory. Then turn red when you go past what the human body can do. Useful for keeping normal poses looking natural, but also going past the limit to illustrate injuries

I'm a digital artist and I got this app specifically for the custom pose feature. I will say that the anatomy & clarity are good. And the pose library is decent. However, controls for posing Skelly yourself are in need of some upgrading. 1st off there is no lock function. You should be able to lock joints or the whole pose. And its hard to take a screen shot when you swipe & the whole pose moves. 2nd, the motion spheres are difficult to move and keep locking onto other joints. Not impressed.

I don't usually review apps. But I got this to help reference bone under a pose I was doing for a character who would have them showing and needed specific angles and had it posed within a minute or two of playing around. I didn't expect that it also had a LIGHTING option and a setting to toggle between skeleton and mannequin. I would rate this app higher if I could. My only hope is for poseable fingers because that's the only downside. Great job Proko!
