Daily Home Workouts & Gym Workouts
Our workouts follow a structured 4-week, full-body progressive overload split, designed and created by Katrina Wright - for maximum growth. Each month, the workout split changes. All workouts include warm-ups and cool-downs designed by our Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. In-depth form videos & explanations are included with each exercise. For home workouts, all you need are dumbbells and a glute band!


Customized Meal Plans
Our Registered Dietitian designed a comprehensive meal plan system to help you become the healthiest version of yourself as you reach your goals! You can decide if you want to track your calories and macros, or if you’d prefer to use our intuitive eating meal plans which give you the option to hide amounts & numbers. We have 4 different meal plans to choose from Finding Balance, Hormone Health, Vegan, and Gluten/Soy/Dairy Free. We focus on easy, quick, yummy, and affordable recipes!


Customized Mental Health System
Take our mental health quiz and receive a customized mental health plan for your busy schedule - including Yoga, Breath Work, Journal Prompts, and more.

Period Tracker
Understand how you can support each phase of your cycle (and see better results) through exercise, diet, and emotional support.


Dance/Yoga/Cardio & Core Activities
Shake it like a salt-shaker with our Dance classes, invite feelings of self-love through Yoga, and work with our Doctor of Physical Therapy in our Cardio & Core section.

I love all the work outs, meal plans and extras. I'm only giving it a 4 star because of technical issues that it seems only android users have. sometimes it won't let me put in my reps or weight so I have to just select finished my workout without tracking progress.

Coming back after a while, I love the updates. Choosing the number of workout days a week is a huge improvement & takes the guesswork out. It would be cool to be able to mix & match the beginner & advanced movements, like a checklist where you could pick between them. I have injuries that I'm coming back from so I mix & match between both sides and have to write it all down. I do also wish there was a way to completely mute the pregnancy sections where it wouldn't pop up at all.

I really like the app itself but when you pay for a 3 month subscription and cancel it 2 months in advance so it wouldn't renew on the 3rd month you'd think you'd be able to finish out your 3 months and then lose access but nope. You're account gets deactivated and you don't get to use the remainder that you paid for so just a heads up. I've never came across an app or program that does that.
