Nothing but a money grab. Starts out with a 15 dollar monthly fee. Then increases to 25. Then 35 a month, all in the course of 4 months. THEN if you want to cancel the subscription it's 25$ dollars just to cancel the subscription. Doesn't provide great information. Only provides a little here and there. Take your business to another company that isn't out to just get your money.

You buy a kit and get your "results" back, but all it does is to tell you where your DNA comes from. Any and all other features have to be paid for separately, which is just conveniently not included with the description when you go to buy your kit. The piece mealing is disgusting, but everyone's gotta make as much money as they can, however they can, I suppose. Not enough to just pay for a product and receive something in return, they have to allow you tidbits to make you want to spend more $

Prior to the most recent update, DNA results were more detailed and less vague. Before, it showed that I was not only German but specifically Volga German and now it doesn't show the specifics. I also question the accuracy of the updated results as the percentages of Scottish and German, which were significantly different, were flip-flopped. Also, the app crashed after a few minutes of working on my family tree and I have to relaunch.
