Ratings and reviews

Can't search correctly, which is pretty important for using this app. There website (both mobile and desktop) provides this functionality, so no idea why their app doesn't. My dependants for a long time pulled in as null null (although that error seems to have been fixed). Mostly I just don't see the benefit to this app that their website doesn't cover, it's just worse.

I have a very difficult time getting anything to load. Claims don't load, the dollar amount about my remaining deductible is wrong. Overall its very poor.

Loaded it on my phone and locked my phone up like a virus. Could not remove the log in screen from my phone and eventually was able to Google speak to open app.store up and remove. Once removed, phone worked
