Well this app has many flaws: First, and most important it has worst customer support service I have ever seen in any app. Imagine trading with your real money and you need support or have an urgent inquiry and all you get is a bot. Second, it takes hours to nearly a day for money transfer from a bank account into Thndr wallet while in other apps this is done instantly. Third orders takes few seconds to be edited or deleted which will cause you huge losses.

I wanted to give it a try as it woukd be convienent to be able to buy stocks from the application I put 1000 EGP they take a fees 25 EGP on the 1000 and then I found everything is too complicated so I decided to withdraw the money they are taking 10 EGP on the 1000 withdraw. at the end the money I didn't recieve on my bank account and the money doesn't exist on the app. and it's written that the withdraw request is canceled!!! the support is a stupid chat with robot! so I think they're scam.

The worst app. ever! I have an issue with the mobile verification code and reached out to the support 2 months ago, but there has been no response yet. Also, I called the phone number that was added here, and he promised that the support will contact me, but he didn't keep his promise
