I just started using this app and it's really slow when booting up. When it does boot it up shows the loading ring and won't move from there. It either says transition loading with a sad face emoji or says poor network connection. I'm on 2Gb Fiber download and 1 Gb upload speed. My Internet is astounding, so I know that is not the issue. I even switched to my 5GUW and that is just as fast. Issue remains the same. I need help resplving this issue.

It has definitely been a rough ride for me at least -- I've either forgotten my password, changed phones or didn't remember credentials
