I was unable to get the otoscope to connect the app even after connecting to the otoscopes wifi network. The app would instantly say it couldn't connect without even appearing to try. I found a reddit post for another otoscope suggesting that turning off mobile data and then connecting to the otoscopes wifi worked for them. I disabled 5g and it suddenly connected to my pixel 7. Not an ideal solution but at least it works!

Will not record on my Pixel 8 Pro. Continues to say it needs permissions that it already has in order to record video. I have un installed and reinstalled the app, deleted and reinstalled the otoscope, given all permissions, and restarted my phone. Nothing will work.

Saved many tripa to Dr but has some flaws. In the past I would have to torture my kid for a pic of the eardrum. After being successful I would try to upload the image never saved. Not bc of user error but bc of some kind of flaw. I was sent a wireless otoscope after my wired one refused to connect.. fortunately, it seems to be working better. As of recently, the wait for the dr is unimaginable. Our pharmacy closes early today and it takes HOURS to call. Last 2 apt wait times were terribly long
