Great at first but all of the sudden the pickup barcode for flex deliveries always show up as "not available." Reported the issue in-app a few times but still persists. The barcode in the email is too small and unable to be scanned at the terminal even when zoomed in all the way. Hassle everytime picking up packages. Update: looks like their ”fix" for the barcode issue is getting ride of that feature altogether 🤷♂️

Changed my rating from 5 to 1. Was working great until the latest update. Prior to the update, all my parcels being tracked indicated who the sender is and delivery status, now 3 are showing "not found"; can no longer copy/paste the tracking number from within the 'add description" and you can no longer use emoji, it only accepts letters. Also, the san-bar code is missing along with which location it's waiting at, for pick-up.

Useless app. Absolutely never refreshes to show new stats. Even the website is way more functional at this point. There's absolutely no point in this app anymore. It used to be much better, not sure what happened. - It is very very buggy & laggy just scrolling through the UI. - It often refuses to remember the name of the package that you put & takes multiple attempts & app restarts to get it to remember & not revert 3 - notifications on Android 13 are non-existent however work just fine on 12
