What a colossal waste of time & effort! I first attempted to register on my phone but wasn't able to get it to "read" my passport. So I dutifully went to the post office & verified in person. Got the email to set up the app, followed the directions, & waited to hear from the LPC. Got that email, followed the instructions in it - app was frozen. I've installed & un-installed this app several times, only to have it freeze again & again. I refuse to start the process over. Sorry, Mr Carney.

I have no idea what this app is doing. I uploaded my license, passport, and nexus card as identification. It accepts them, before sending it away to be approved. Except when I look at the photos of the documents, it's taken my drivers license picture and haphazardly pasted over my Nexus picture, as well on the back of my license.... Not sure how this will get fixed before the polls close lol. Leave it to Canada Post to absolutely butcher something like this. Update: it doesn't work at all now.

Emails don't send and when they do they say the code is invalid. Absolutely USELESS. Couldn't even use it, I ended up having to verify in person. Waste of time. Update: after you verify in person it asks you to add it to the app. I was able to verify in the app after that but now that it's time to cast my ballot i do anything with this app. Just transaction errors even though when I go to the transaction section it says approved. I can't even vote now. GARBAGE app.
