It's fine I guess if you're only trying to read and can look at the text at the same time. However, it's EXTREMELY buggy. It frequently mispronounces words past the point of recognition, sometimes spells them out (and spells them wrong), and even skips words or lines entirely, sometimes reading them later after the end of the paragraph. It also does not connect with my Bluetooth devices properly so I can't pause while doing other tasks.

When it works it's great, a lot of the time when the app updates it breaks and sometimes is unusable. The support team is great and responds quickly when asked. My biggest issue is the AI skipping feature. It is listed as a beta and even when unchecked will still skip random sentences. The only way to get it to stop is to use the AI summary feature, restart the app, then uncheck the AI skip setting again. I would prefer to have to opt into a beta feature or if I uncheck it actually turned off.

I have tried multiple times to contact support to request a feature and it always tells me that the email is invalid even though the app automatically sets the address. I love this app but it is extremely annoying being shown that I can contact support and it turns out to be a lie. I was trying to request they allow users to get premium but pay monthly rather than yearly, I am a student, I can't afford to just drop $100 out of nowhere, but if I can pay $10 monthly I can actually budget for that.
