This is one of the worst brokers ever ..you deposit with visa card and mobile money...when withdraw come they force you to use P2P instead of what you deposited through....they can't even follow up anything to help a client..shame on you deriv....you've failed to meet simple client issue and forcing the client to use stupid methods they don't know about

I don't know what is the problem because my deriv go app once said that this version is out of date there is a new version get the update on playstore and I did like what it had said but to my surprise after updating the App it continues showing update untill now. Now I don't know what can I do. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

The app works well in Demo but with the real account it just loses connection a lot of times and the way to go over it is close the app and re-open it which a terrible experience. In a short period of time you would have lost your trade. Hope this can be fixed
