A lot of weird things are happening with my current order I placed two days ago. I've purchased an item that was out of stock. When I was then asked to choose a different item for the same value, get store credit, or get a refund. I chose to get a different item. I got another email confirming that I will receive the remaining balance through store credit. None of those items were blocked off or deamed "out of stock." I have made one or two purchases from here. The things you receive are good! If... you recive them. Which I did not with several items. Customer service was awful and unhelpful, and I ended up having to file a paypal dispute. They decide what items are in stock AFTER you purchase them. But i'm happy with the things I actually could get, mainly bought accessories for a dress I got elsewhere. One even came with a few extra hairclips and stuff I didn't expect.

Used to be okay, if less functional than the site. I did place an order through the app and it was fine. However, I haven't even been able to open it in months due to crashing issues. Every time I try to even open the app it crashes immediately. Really disappointing, I hope they put out an update. I've been checking here for months though and it's still not fixed. For now, I'm uninstalling. Just use the site on your phone.
