The app is totally unusable, I linked my satellite TV connection to viu app , catchup feature is totally unusable,I get content is currently unavailable please check your network connection or try again later..error often, every 7 - 10 seconds then it restarts the video automatically,(4G & 5G signals are stable where i live) doesn't remember the playing position in the player very annoying 🙄 please fix this issue

this app does not support to Android 12 Samsung S 10 series as always appear " This video currently unavailable check the network connection or try again later " customer care saying this app not support to old version phones I'm not reccomending as its time wasting and useless worthless app

I’m facing an issue while trying to log in to the app. I had previously signed up and used the app without any issues. However, after I deleted and reinstalled the app recently, I’ve been unable to log in. Here's what happens: I enter my phone number and receive an OTP. After entering the OTP, I’m shown a message saying "You are already registered", and I cannot proceed further. I am not trying to sign up again – I’m just trying to log in using the same number I previously used.
