Ratings and reviews

The new update brings some notable improvements. The interface is more intuitive, and performance has seen a significant boost. However, one major drawback is the absence of an option to deactivate packages once they have been activated. This omission can be inconvenient for users looking for more flexibility in managing their subscriptions.

June 7th update has amazing features, but crashed after playing sometime. It seems some technical issues with the app. Hope Dialog team will pay their attention on this matter. I revised to version 11.4 and it is given satisfactory playable state. No crash error. Added on 6th july....... Why do you force to update the app to new version? If someone has trouble with newest, he must have his right to use older version. I am bery disapoint about that incident.

The video loading speed is extremely slow, resulting in a poor user experience. There seems to be a loading error. I am using a Dialog SIM with a 4G signal, but the video is not loading and is constantly buffering.
