E-MetroTel’s InfinityOne mobile client allows you to be fully integrated into your UCx office communications wherever you are. Log in as an agent in your company Call Center using a Bluetooth headset. Place your desktop phone call on hold, pick up your mobile device, and continue the call as you run to your next appointment.
Chat and collaborate directly with specific individuals or all your team via public or private group messages and share important documents or photos with office workers from wherever you need to be in the field just like Slack.
