Update: been waiting for next hospital "coming soon," for weeks..I wish I didnt pay $9+ for "season" because I only have endless play left and it's impossible to get "season" special items without buying things to proceed. Also wasted diamonds to upgrade when those will be invalid when next hospital is available. Wasted $. Initial Review: Love this game, best time management game I've played in years. Done with Seoul hospital, next hospital says "coming soon" so excited to play more.

Once you get passed the Tokyo it sucks.. Unless you wanna spend your money on upgrading everything and use the boosters just so you can pass the levels ... So restart it after Tokyo and replay it..

Fun game . Much better than other money grabbing ones like clinic mania and the like. Actually playable instead of pay to play. Yes there's ads but they aren't overwhelming and none intrusive.
