I kept getting the error message "General Processing Error" while signing up. Fingerprint login works less than half the time. It is not compatible with password managers, so you have to use a simple password that's easy to hack. It took several days after adding my bank account before it would let me transfer to it. It will not let me transfer some of my balance the bank account, it only lets me to transfer the entire balance.

When I log in, it stays on a white screen. It's not just about the app, though. Even through their website, ClinCard makes it damn near impossible to access funds. My virtual card was active almost 2wks ago and declined, so I connected my bank, but that took 2 days longer than it should've on top of the transfer taking 3-5 days they don't warn you about beforehand. 15-20 days will have passed since my "funds were available" until they actually are. I needed this for meds, and I'm PISSED

Only worked once before it just started showing me a blank screen when trying to login. Secondly, I can't login to the account on my computer as it say my username and password are not valid. Customer support is no help saying they can't do anything. Very difficult to get your money off the card. Won't be accepting this as payment in the future.
