Zero stars! If you are never able to get the one time password sent to your email what is the point of the app because there is no other way to access it. Your money is just out there in a world of uncertainty...Deep sighs!

I keep trying to transfer money and it's not allowing me to add my bank name hence I'm unable to move forward in the process. This app is trash it needs intervention. I need to be able to do things online without going to the ATM and pulling money then depositing it in my bank. So annoying!!!!! Don't waste your time downloading this app cause it does nothing at all!!!!!

Awful. I can't even use the app. I keep getting stuck at the cardholder verification process as the one time password is not being sent to my email despite NUMEROUS attempts. The app is just not working and yes it is the correct email.
