I like the fact that I don't have to go in store for most things, but App keeps stopping and I am unable to complete any task using the App on my phone. I have to sit in front of a computer to get anything done. The app on my phone has been useless to me.

Receiving moneygram transfer on the app has proven unsuccessful. You have to fill out these long forms, and at the end it'll tell you that the transaction was rejected. Might as well join a queue at an in-store location. Additionally, you can't add your bank account to conduct transfers between both. Not of much use with all the monthly charges.

I thought getting remittance in store was tedious, but this app is worse. Authentication never goes through on the first try, you have to try several times before it goes through, which means you have to enter the same repetitive information over and over again. It doesn't allow you to add your bank account or card information and on top of that they charge you monthly and you're required to keep a minimum card balance. Best to just stick to in store transactions or another remittance service
