SCAM APP! I ordered a product and they delivered something completely different without telling me. When I asked about it, they said the original item wasn’t available. And instead of giving a proper refund, they pushed the money into the IGP wallet. Why would I order again if I can’t trust what I’ll receive? It’s embarrassing to send gifts through this app.

worst experience ever. ordered something and delivered something else. The wish card was empty. They left me with 72 hours timeline. its been 1 month. they have stopped responding to me. Please do not use their service. Edit after they commented: after they put a comment about reaching out, they just send the same email they been sending as message. when i replied, no more responses. They just blame you for their incompetencies.

IGP is totally unprofessional. They deliver random products instead of what you actually ordered and later claim the item was “out of stock.” Worst part—they replace it without even asking the customer! When we pay for something specific, we deserve that product, not a surprise replacement. Very disappointing experience.
