Changing my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. Reason is be because I purchased coins the first time it offered to get extra coins every day. Now it's expired and I can't afford to spend money on air, opting for watching commercials to get the extra coins. However, the game can't seem to load videos for me anymore. Guessing they are trying to force me to purchase. Not happening.

PLEASE!!!. . .Add puzzle lock-down feature!! Its infuriating to be looking around the screen for pieces and accidently move entire puzzle! This is the only puzzle app I have downloaded that does this, so for that reason only, I play the others much more frequently. And changing the setting from one finger to two to move around the screen does not fix the problem! Please, no generic, automated response. Either tell me you are going to add that feature, or tell me you're not. Simple as that.

Hi Kelli, we don't currently have any plans to make the puzzle lock into place, as as the game currently stands there isn't a set place where the pieces must go, but we take a note of all customer feedback and will add this to our list!

I've only completed 1 puzzle so far, but I already noticed something important missing from your game.... the ability to separate the edged pieces with the click of a button. Separating the pieces is always the worst part of doing a jigsaw puzzle for me. So, if it can be done with 1 click, I can get to enjoying myself that much faster.

Hi Josette, there's a 'Select all edge pieces' option in the menu! We recommend using 'Arrange at edge' first, then 'Select all edge pieces' followed by 'Arrange selected' to bring your edge pieces to the centre ready to use. Alternatively, you could drag the selected edge pieces into the piece tray to put them together there. We hope this helps!
