I initially rated 5 stars for the smooth booking, but the experience was terrible. The ticket didn’t update the bus/driver no. and the bus never showed up at the pickup point. Customer service was unreachable. Later, my booking was marked as "completed" even though I wasn’t onboarded. Please refund my money. Live tracking and proper support are badly needed.

You have to be on it trying 50 times when one time this app or website booking system works. Most of the features break sudden without any reason and errors shows are like I wonder who developed the system (query shown in modal, index out of bound erorrs and what not). UX - 0 stars Reliability- 0 stars Alternatives - 0 Features - 0 stars Government systems failing and getting built this bad is no new to MSRTC even in 2025 they are living in 2005 system.

Why to make an app when can't be maintained. it's been more than two months, each ticket booked is getting failed even after successful payment. The refund gets generated but ticket wouldn't be booked. Tried contacting costumer help, still no reply. This is how government apps works. As expected.
