Just tried to sign in and it gives the same errors as the Calibur app. Oh, and the webpage won't load. Fantastic. Seeing all of the other complaints, that remain the same for months, it seems that, perhaps, legal action should be considered, especially if people are getting late fees due to an app that does not work correctly. And I won't be contacting your lousy customer service, bc, clearly, that does not help.

The way I was paying my mortgage before this was perfectly fine. Now using this app is a complete downgrade. I'm at least still able to pay my mortgage. What I can't stand is the whole experience of this app is shotty, hard to navigate, and I can't pay my mortgage bi weekly like I could before and not have to worry about if it's going to go through or not. While my mortgage was in the process of being transfered to this, gave me the impression it would be finished by then. This app, is garbage.

I should have "listened" to other users because, no matter what I select (make a payment, statements, etc.), I get the "please wait" error message, which just spins and spins, with no way out, except to close down the app. By the way, please don't ask me to email customer service because everyone is having the same problem and you already know it, so please fix the app or shut it down.
