My mortgage was transferred from SLS to Shell point. I always had such a hard time with SLS making online payments on their website after I got a new phone number and could no longer do the 2 step verification and when I called them no one seemed to be able to help update my number for the verification purposes. Shellpoint has an app which is wonderful and so easy to use.
