Q2. What are the criteria and basis for calculating the combination evaluation score?
A2) Based on the '2020 Nutrient Intake Standards for Koreans' provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and data provided by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the National Food Safety Agency, various standards ( The score is calculated based on proper intake of nutrients, balanced intake of nutrients from various parts of the body, and whether or not intake of cautionary substances (harmful ingredients) is taken.

Q3. Do you have any information about overseas products?
A3) Yes. Not only domestic nutritional supplement products but also overseas nutritional supplement products (including direct purchase products) are registered.

Q4. Is there any way to know the information of products that are not registered in the App?
A4) If you send the product name and product picture to the official Filamento email ([e-mail]) or contact us through the Inquiry button in the app, we will notify you by PUSH message after completing product registration within 24 hours.
