When I first got it, this was a great little printer. Now, after 2-3 years, I pulled it out to use it after a couple of months and I have trouble connecting or I get battery low messages despite a full battery. Of course I just got rid of the box and any potential warranty this past spring-cleaning. I loved it the first two years, but I'm not into electronics that become e-waste after a couple of years.

Worst little printer ever. I can't get it to stay paired. it connected long enough to try to print one photo. about an inch into the yellow(first color sweep) it said paper jam but when I picked up the machine to get the paper jam cleared, the paper fell out so no jam. phones been updated as well as the app. I've unpaired and repaired numerous times. I've unistalled the app and reinstalled it numerous times. I've also reset the machine numerous times. NOTHING WORKS.

I bought the Everything Box for the 2x3 Hi Print. it has not worked at all since I got it. the printer powers on, the app opens and detects the printer. says it needs a firmware update before I can print, but the printer battery isn't charged enough. it has charged until the indicator light turned green. still not charged enough. charged for over 8 hours. still not enough. charged for a full day, 24 hours. still not charged enough. this is infuriating. I have emailed support, no answer.
