Ratings and reviews

Lots of bait and switch....slooooww shipping. Overall shutterfly is good, but they lure you on with Free Shipping, but change pricing of the items you want. if you do manage to Wrangle all the "free" things with shipping, it takes weeks for you yo get your projects. Just be aware that you might get free shipping but they manipulate the price higher when you order.

really inconsistent and subpar. the photos look great in the app, on your computer AND phone, then they arrive, and they're zoomed-in like crazy, for no reason. they crop things off randomly. it's a nightmare... also,no, they DON'T guarantee... you get no refund, and you just get another heap of too zoomed-in/cropped off prints. the default is glossy, which (at least last time I used it) you have to change for each picture, not "select all." glossy is the worst. It shows fingerprints.

The app wouldn't let let me keep uploading photos. I was planning to print off A LOT of photos, but after the initial upload, it wouldn't give me the option to upload anymore. which is cool, there are other options out there for ordering prints. I also had to load 1 product 4 times before it fi ally added to the cart. It would have been nice to have ordered all of the photos I needed through the app, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
