We have request re-activate a company blocked debit card. Went to the branch 4 times to 1st visit: re-activate the card, 2nd register an initiator 3rd: get a digital access card, 4th: get a RAKToken. Until now nothing has happened. This is the worst I have ever dealt with. No proper instructions, poor customer service.

Aap works like 2g speed In the time of 5g. Very slow. Even I can't connect to customer care. I am using nbd app it very fast and convenient.

Excellent app. User friendly clean, simple, and easy to navigate. I do almost every banking service I need through the App. Add payees, pay bills, and transfer money to anyone within UAE or outside UAE.
