The app is nice, transaction and recharge are fast and reliable.The staff are responsive to your issue. i haven't really had any issues with the app and process. The only thing i find disappointing is that the app doesn't support NFC payments within or for other wallet apps. The overall experience is good but further improvement can be made.

I'm not in uae right now I'm in Uganda I received my salary today I tried to do the transaction through my phone on the app but it's almost 7 hours it's telling me that the transaction is still in progress,this is the first time I got the difficulty on this app I don't know why but it was good before

waste card system. for many legel apps in uae, where you have to proceed for payment. always start showing, your bank doesn't allow for payment.
