If I could zero star the devs I would. I spent nearly 2 years playing zen and had 5 gold charms and half way through the normal set to get the 6th. I loaded the game and it froze. I tapped the screen to try and back out and it cashed me out, clearing all the progress. This is the 3rd time this has happened, but the first time I lost so much progress. This, along with the bug requiring me to click remove ads every time I run the game is enough. The designers and devs are the worst of the worst.

I love playing this game! I especially love winning the Cute little Chuzzle pets! I've been playing this game for the last 4 or 5 years. Every time I get a new device, I make sure to download this game. oh yeah! super Super Plus! is the fact that there's Rarely any ads! The ones you do get don't make.you watch me for 10 sec or more. would I suggest this game! Triple Yes! 😁 .

Latest update - Am I missing something? Completed the new puzzle, got the achievement of pot of gold... but don't have the pot of gold. Completed the puzzle... can't buy it. Nov 2025. I had my data backed up. I got a new phone & restored to local.... only my player name returned. No record, nothing in chuzzle house, no progress in Zen. everything is gone
