As some other customers pointed out , this app is absolutely useless. The only thing it tells you is that the delivery will be done before 18h00. That is off no value to anybody. The purpose of a tracking app is to give you an indication of when a package will be delivered during the day. I am baffled that anybody could spend money on something this useless. They could just send you an email stating a package will be delivered on a certain day.

There's absolutely no difference between using the App and just using the website, the app has the same deficiencies as the website: it doesn't provide real time information so I have no idea when the driver is coming. Very disappointing

Updates on delivery of my package are not good compared to evri or Amazon tracking. No easy chat function for dealing with a representative if you need it...( Like now when the package I've been waiting for all day has not arrived in the allotted time). So as a user who is waiting for a parcel to be delivered, communication needs to be vastly improved to match competitors. Not that impressed as a first time user. (Update) Delivery was 86 miles away at start. Now 350 away!?!?!?!
