The initial borrowing experience has been swift and seamless. I haven't yet reached the payment stage, so I will update this review with my impressions of that process as well. Update: The overall loan experience was smooth and fast, with quick approval and cash disbursement. They offer reasonable interest rates; one suggestion is that they also offer shorter terms.

This app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. I tried to use it for an urgent transaction, but the OTP took almost 50 minutes to arrive. Because of this delay, the app became completely useless when I needed it the most. You can’t depend on this digital bank if you’re in a hurry — it will only cause stress and embarrassment. The user experience is very poor, and the system feels slow and unstable. A banking app should be fast and reliable, especially for security verification. Tsk

very bad experience. received a pre-approved amount for credit builder a first time user and has good credit rating only to be rejected. no one is there to help as well. they just automatically rejected the application and the reason being given to me doesnt even make sense. i got these because I want to try your OLA even receiving a lot pf messages that I am already full verified and said to ge the offer tonik is giving but then when I used it, I got declined.
