Don't purchase infenix/Tecno products. I'm using infenix GT10 pro, as the device is good, purchased TECNO POVA 7 PRO 3 months ago. yesterday I received a software update. after restart the device it locked me out and asking me to raise unlock request in Carl care. I'm in international travel and facing hard time to get it unlocked. and the app shows, request will be resolved in 7 working days. I'm worried about my second device as well now

I visited your branch in Rania Mall, Wazir D, where I got my mobile phone repaired, which was still under warranty. They told me that the warranty would not be accepted, and they charged me 3000 rupees. When I checked the bill, I saw that it was only an estimated bill, and in fact, it was a fake bill. no reply. my phone has been lovked since past 3 days. i submitted an appeal. no one is getting back to me. AI chatbot is bad, says connecting to human never connects and says server lost after some time.
