This is arguably the best mobile device manufacturer app I have ever downloaded eversince I started using smartphones. The UI experience overall is an exciting experience, with a cup full of inspirational activities thus, enabling a fill-in community engagement. There's so much to do, read, see, and not forgetting to mention the potential to win in the ever-active competitions. I am absolutely pleased and impressed with my first experience.

I've been trying for months to get my bootloader unlocked as my phone won't receive updates. Worst phone I've ever had and the app just rubs salt into the wound.

Most users, including me download this app just for applying bootloader unlock through the community but it's definitely useless now. no matter how many times I tried to apply, everyday it's always "quota limit reaches, try again after 00:00 GMT+8". really? seriously, Xiaomi you have to change the policy to unlock the bootloader, otherwise you'll lose your global support/user. trust me, we are not Chinese. your devices strength to other's is your devices is cheaper, that's it.
