**Rating is for ur team, I have not yet used application.* After a disappointing experience with the APP call centre support on 26th July afternoon -where I was repeatedly redirected to email support without resolution—I was ready to give up. But Zainab completely changed my perspective. I can't believe a prestigious bank can't fix an issue for more than a month.The app has many issues!! The virtual prepaid visa doesn't work, and I called the banks many times, and the answer is that we are working on it. Get a proper core banking system and solid support. You should have the best digital bank, not an outdated app.
