Ratings and reviews

I tried opening an account using both the Android app and the website on my computer, but neither worked. This is a very poor first impression. I was planning to open an account specifically to place a fixed deposit, but if this is the experience from the very beginning, I'd rather stay with Al Rajhi Bank. I have decided not to proceed with a bank that fails at the most basic step opening an account. Account registration should be one of the highest priorities for any bank (first impression).

Good and updated facilities.. branch workers are mostly slow...they work on go slow policy and sometimes they ignore the customers and talking with each other for nothing...
