Just created the account right after the first login it's giving a message wrong user and password. when trying to rest the password, it's not recognizing my national ID. Totally waste of time! 😕

My experience with Al Jazeera Bank has been especially disappointing. My account was blocked without any valid reason, leaving my money stuck. I even traveled back to KSA just to reactivate the account, but despite visiting the branch twice and making two complaint calls, no action was taken. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly suggest others be very careful before opening a bank account in KSA, especially with Al Jazeera Bank.
