Ratings and reviews

Slow and very poor service. Whenever I raise a concern with the call center, they ask me to visit the branch because call centre guys don't know anything. When I visit the branch, they ask me to visit the head office. At the car leasing head office, only one counter is operational, which results in a very long waiting time.

The app is easy to access and navigate. however, i rate it 4 stars because until now the services for my Ajwaa credit card is still unavailable and most of my transactions online is still not reflecting in the "recent transactions" page.

I tried opening an account using both the Android app and the website on my computer, but neither worked. This is a very poor first impression. I was planning to open an account specifically to place a fixed deposit, but if this is the experience from the very beginning, I'd rather stay with Al Rajhi Bank. I have decided not to proceed with a bank that fails at the most basic step opening an account. Account registration should be one of the highest priorities for any bank (first impression).
