I would like to thank you for wasting 45 extra minutes yesterday on an easy install. This app is the worst. The customer agreement keeps timing out on me. Not to mention having to shuffle wifi on and off to get it to connect to the modem. I think Viasat makes it a goal to make it as hard as possible on installers. No weather waivers which is dumb in itself and an app that doesn't work. Here we are again on an install now i had done 30 minutes ago but waiting on the customer agreement again.

worked great for a few months and once again another update came out which is causing problems with activation. I don't understand why you can't just leave it alone and quit messing with it. Really frustrating.

Absolute trash, you have to restart the app at least 10 times to activate a single job. Then it takes at least 3 business days to register any touch input in the app not to mention it can decide if the app sees internet or not which affects how the app activates and moves forward. The literal only positive thing is that the layout is fine.
