Ratings and reviews

Terrible product like someone says below. The study guide is terrible, it'll ask multiple questions in different forms for the same answers. Trying to get a hold of anyone isn't easy and when I finally did and explained how the study guide doesn't go over a bunch of the material I had on the test the out of country service rep says that it's not suppose to. TERRIBLE product save your money. It's bad enough we have to pay for the test through PSI.

The app functions well and does what it needs to do, however it appears that the questions were written by AI, and there are many errors in the answers. The code (plumbing) will state one thing plainly, and the answer given will be completely different. Also there are multiple questions where the answer is explained as one answer, and then marked correct as a different answer. To be paying as much as I am for this service, the number of errors is unacceptable.

The overall app is nice. My only problem with it is that all of the math problems are the exact same, so if you get it wrong, you can just memorize the answer and choose it. which, in my opinion, is not very helpful. when you get any question wrong, it leaves all the answer choices in the same place when asked again.
