The app is great. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried for over a week to cancel membership just for the month because money is tight. I tried on my phone app, the website, and Roku. All said to sign in on where I originally signed up. I tried to contact them to help me figure out why I couldn't cancel or pause. Sent multiple emails. Still haven't heard back and was charged today. I was only going to cancel until next month. Now I'm not coming back at all.

I can't get my free tickets on the app, TV or even when using web browser (Chrome, Safari and Bing), I keep on getting a error message. I tried watching 2 movies, I finished both movies but it's super glitches, stops every couple of minutes and then continues. The navigation on the app needs work too, there's no genres and no content classification (movies, shows, etc...). if this doesn't get fixed I will be canceling my subscription.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app!!! HOWEVER, I can't watch without being able to download the items while on WiFi...[I don't have enough data to stream over phone data]. It shows I have items downloaded, but it never allows me to watch them - it just sits there and spins the little circle like it's loading something, but never shows anything. 🙄 What is going on with this feature of the app????
