When opening up the app, I was presented with the option of allowing or declining additional data usage gathering. I clicked No. Every time I declined, the app would close down. Not wanting to be forced into collection of data usage, I unistalled the app. Tried to reinstall it, only to be presented with a 'you can only have the app registered to one device' even though it's only ever been on this device. I had to select the New Registration process to gain access. Hopeless!!

You can reach them on 0800 328 3579. The team is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.

Great app, fast and easy and clear to operate. However after a while I noticed that the app wouldn't show the balance owed in one line (only 3 digits in one line) and it's broken into two lines! Easy fix I suppose! I did reduce the font size to minimum but still the decimal part appears in line below. I would have thought the app could adjust itself to the screen! Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Kavous. We've logged into the app from this side and the balance is displayed in the expected format as opposed to being split? It sounds like you might need to alter the 'font' size in your device settings which should hopefully result in the format showing correctly.

Since the latest update, I can no longer approve transactions in the app. It used to work really well. But now the screen to approve a transaction does not appear when I first open the app, instead I am asked to select the card to be used (although I only have one). Closing the app and reopening does not help. I've had to use other cards to make payments. Update a month later: i can't even open the app anymore. It crashes as soon as its opened. Shame, used to be good.

Hi Martin, when you close our App, are you closing it down fully in the background (not just backing out of it)? Can you please check that the Device's software is up to date, and have you tried to verify via text message to ensure the online site to purchase is requesting it to be verified?
