Oclean has failed to clean the bugs from its brushes... and has failed its customers. In short, what was a great concept has been replaced with a clunky app that doesn't function. If it connects, it can't upload data. Factory resets - losing all the historic data you bought the toothbrush to collect - don't help. I've recommended Oclean to so many people. Now I'm going to find a replacement. Shame Waterpik don't do brushes anymore...

after the new update, half the app is in chinese and half in english, and the english part looks like it was just pulled through google translate & doesn't make any sense. the ui which used to be intuitive & even somewhat aesthetic, now looks cheap and cluttered, and hurts the eyes due to so much red (previously mostly white). it's harder to find desired options in the menu–things got less intuitive. i never thought that a toothbrush app can downgrade so badly

Replaced Oral-B IO7 with OClean and oh boy, every smart function that should be available through the app requires freaking WiFi. I don't have WiFi at my house and use hotspot, which the app won't find. Did a password reset - security code sent to registered email. New password set - sorry account not found. The app itself shows zero info without WiFi. I had so much better use of the Oral-B app, thus if you wanna buy OClean - buy the one without smart features and save money.
