I had a very disappointing experience with Zingoy. I tried to sell my ₹500 Croma gift card, but it’s been over 72 hours (3 days) and the card is still not verified or listed for sale. To make things worse, the app already deducted ₹50 due to their pricing policy of cashbacks, so I’m asked to sell it for ₹450, which is an immediate loss even before the sale happens. The verification process is extremely slow, there’s no clear update or communication, and the support system feels unresponsive.

The app has improved significantly in recent years. The interface is smooth and I have never got a gift card that was already used or fake. This is my go-to app for buying vouchers and gift cards and cashback...just wish sometimes the discounts could be as competitive as Gyftr. But here you can use ZingCash or Cashback for your purchases, something that Gyftr doesn't allow so that evens it out for me. Overall, it's a good app. It's quite sad some users only comment the negatives.

I used this app for a month. I had some croma vouchers to sell. No doubt this app is legit. I have earned around ₹2000 till now. But, I think the validation time for the payment should be reduced from 10 days to 5 days. Also, I have seen some people complaining about scams buyers do, they buy gift cards from you but they mark legit gift cards as empty and zingoy doesn't help with this. Better be safe while selling gift cards.
